The reason Shilo Sanders NIL earnings are so important to this bankruptcy case is due to the 11.89 million Dollar judgment that was awarded to John Darjean due to him not appearing in court.
According to the bankruptcy documents, John Darjean worked as a security guard at the high school Shilo Sanders was attending, allegedly got into an altercation with Shilo Sanders, when he suffered the alleged injuries where he sustained severe and permanent injuries to his neck and cervical spine and permanent neurological injuries and irreversible incontinence, according to the 2024 filing in the bankruptcy court proceedings. These injuries were allegedly caused when Shilo Sanders elbowed Darjean and continued to allegedly hit him.
Shilo Sanders failed to appear in court when the 11.89 million judgement was awarded to John Darjean. We will follow up on this story as it continues to update in the coming days and weeks.
