Spokane, WA – Jackson State University Men’s Basketball is going into tonight’s matchup against #15 Gonzaga with hopes of keeping their winning streak of two games continuing after playing in the CP3 HBCU Challenge beating Howard University 81-74 and North Carolina A&T 68-60.
Gonzaga University is coming into this game against Jackson State losing their last game to #5 UConn 63-76. Jackson State Tigers will need to make sure they limit the turnovers in this game as well as making sure they play smart basketball and not jack up ill-advised shots. Jackson State will need for the Tigers leading scorers Ken Evans Jr 18.1 and Jordan O’Neal 11.8 per game to keep themselves out of foul trouble and be smart on the court with the ball an get their teammates involve in scoring early. Gonzaga is beating teams by an average of 16 points per game.
