Former NFL players that have become College Head Football Coaches understand the bar of expectations are lofty based on what former Head Jackson State University Football Coach who is now the Head Coach of the Colorado Buffaloes Deion Sanders, who led teams to back-to-back Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Championships, went undefeated in SWAC two years back-to-back.
Coach Vick is in his first-year coaching college football and is taking over a Norfolk State Spartans team that hasn’t won a championship since 2011 that was vacated due to player ineligibility sanctions. Assistant Coach Reamon understands the power of social media is giving fans a glimpse of what the Spartans are working on for their upcoming spring football game. The Spartan coaching staff understands the expectations for the team are high and Coach Vick gives fans an inside view of one of his practices alongside Assistant Coach Reamon who recorded what they had the players working on during practice and correcting things that weren’t right with teaching.
They made sure not to share too much but Coaches are preparing themselves for what they will need to work on during the offseason with the players because they will have so many practices to get a good view of what to expect from the players.

The Spartans Coaching staff are showing they are looking to develop the athletes into those stars they look to be out there on the field. The Spartan Coaches are getting the players prepared to see themselves on film, to fix mistakes so when the finished product is on the field and the fans are excited about their football team and professional scouts wanting to draft player for their organization. The Spartans Spring Football game is this Saturday March 30th at 2pm at William “Dick” Price Stadium.
