Tucker High School jumped out to a early lead in the first quarter on fumble recovery that turned into a scoop and score and a pick 6. Stephen High school being down early in the game fought back to close out the first half of the game 20-13 Tucker High School.
Tucker High School receives the ball in the second half and fumbles the ball on the 20 yard line giving Stephenson High School a short field possibly tie up the game. Stephenson hands the ball off to Senior running back #4 Devin Ingram who scores a rushing touchdown, and with the extra point, tied the ball game 20-20.
The momentum of the game began to change and Stephenson began to impose their will on the Tucker offense causing another fumble by the Tucker QB. Stphenson High School recovered the fumble allowing #1 Tyler Bercy to find his way into the end zone to put up another. Tucker constant turning over the ball allowed Stephenson to build a lead that would require Tucker High School to play flawless football in the 4th quarter stopping Stephenson from scoring additional points.
Tucker High School #7 is lethal catching passes in the flat if a defender doesn’t tackle him you will definitely be looking at that back of that young man jersey. With 5 mins left to go in the 3rd quarter down 34-20, Tucker High School gets on the score board again.
In the end Stephenson High School running game was too much for Tucker High School with the Jaguars walking away with the win over the Tigers 48-42.
