The announcement that two former electrifying Philadelphia Eagle teammates Michael Vick and DeSean Jackson were named as the new Head Football Coaches of two programs in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC), the excitement alone had fans in anticipation of the game schedule date and location for when the Norfolk State Spartans vs Delaware State Hornets game will be played. Last year’s matchup between these two teams, was played in Norfolk Virginia at William “Dick” Price Stadium with the Spartans winning 38-19.
