Prairie View A&M University and South Carolina State are playing in the 10th Celebration Bowl Championship. The Bulldogs were looking to get the bad taste out of their mouths from the loss they suffered last year against Jackson State. Prairie View A&M had a 21-0 lead, losing the game in 4 overtimes 40-38.
