Alabama State University defeated the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff Women’s Basketball team 72-59. The Lady Lions of UAPB kept the game close through three quarters, ran out of gas in the fourth, being outscored 23-12, allowing the Lady Hornets to move on to the Southwestern Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Championship.
